Ms. Tempestt Dozier, our Owner, Founder, and Executive Director, brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to our childcare center. She is a certified American Montessori Society Professional with a specialization in Infants & Toddlers, demonstrating her commitment to nurturing the youngest minds. With a focus on STEAM education, Ms. Dozier passionately advances children's learning from infancy to age 6, shaping their early experiences in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. With over a decade of childcare experience and more than six years teaching in Montessori classrooms, she possesses a profound understanding of child development. Certified by the American Montessori Society and trained at the Montessori Teacher Education Institute of Atlanta (MTEI), Ms. Dozier is dedicated to providing high-quality education and care rooted in Montessori principles. She holds certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED for infants and children, ensuring a safe environment for all. Additionally, Ms. Dozier is field-trained and certified in Diversity & Positive Discipline, fostering well-rounded and adaptable environments for children to thrive. Beyond her professional endeavors, she mentors youth, guiding them in social development and helping them discover their passions.
